Q1: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We are a professional LED manufacturer with our own factory based in Shenzhen, China. We have been in the LED industry since 2006.

Q2: Can I visit your factory?
A: Yes, absolutely! We welcome clients to visit our facility. Please contact us in advance to schedule a visit.

Q3: Do you offer OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) service?
A: Yes, OEM is our specialty. We can customize the product design, specifications, packaging, and print your logo on the products.

Q4: Can you manufacture products according to my designs or samples?
A: Yes, we can produce based on your samples or technical drawings. We also offer design assistance to help optimize your idea for manufacturing.

Q5: Do you have standard models, or are all products made to order?
A: We have a wide range of standard models in production. However, we also accept custom orders tailored to your specific project needs.

Q6: How do you control the quality of your products?
A: We have a strict quality control system. We check raw materials, conduct tests during production, and perform a final inspection before packaging (AOI, aging test, etc.).

Q7: Do your products have certifications (CE, RoHS, UL, etc.)?
A: Yes, most of our standard products are certified with CE, RoHS, and UL. For custom products, we can assist you in meeting the certification standards required in your market.

Q8: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: For our standard products, the MOQ is usually 3 pieces. For OEM orders, the MOQ depends on the specific product and customization requirements. Please contact us for details.

Q9: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
A: Yes, samples are available. We can provide stock samples for you to test the quality. The sample cost is FREE but freight collected or deductible from bulk order.

Q10: Do you offer factory-direct prices?
A: Yes, as a manufacturer, we offer competitive factory-direct prices without middlemen markups.

Q11: What is your payment term?
A: We usually accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C, and PayPal for samples. For mass production, a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment is typical.

Q12: Are your prices negotiable for large orders?
A: Yes, we offer volume discounts for large quantities. Please contact our sales team with your target quantity, and we will provide our best quote.

Q13: How do you ship the goods?
A: We can ship by sea, by air, or by international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) depending on your urgency and budget.

Q14: How long does shipping take?
A: By express: usually 5-7 days. By air: around 7-10 days. By sea: depends on the destination port (e.g., 15-30 days).

Q15: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. We have experience exporting to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and more.

Q16: What is the production lead time?
A: For standard products, it usually takes 7-15 days after deposit confirmation. For OEM orders, it typically takes 20-30 days, depending on the complexity.

Q17: What is your warranty policy?
A: We offer a 5-year warranty for most of our LED products. If there are any quality issues (not caused by misuse), we will provide replacements or negotiate a solution.

Q18: What if I receive defective products?
A: Please contact us immediately with photos and descriptions. We will investigate and resolve the issue, either by sending replacements or providing credit for future orders.
